can bind a long value only for insert into long column
Oracle这个错误在网络上讨论比较多，在insert数据到Oracle数据库的时候，会引发这个错误。
大体上可以分为两类，一是由于字符集引起，二是由jdbc的驱动引发，当然也不排除你的insert的数据是在太大。
我在安装siebel的时候，发现在导入数据的时候，出现这个错误，费了很长时间，最终解决。
使用jdbc驱动时候，不要使用Oracle的驱动，而是使用siebel自带的驱动才可以。
